The DOHC (Dual Overhead Camshaft) system offers optimum valve control from to high end engine speeds. With 4 valves per cylinder, air transfers quickly and facilitates excellent engine response.
The flanged-mounted flywheel is fastened by 6 bolts and features a service friendly design.
The 60mm size single bore throttle minimizes intake resistance and provides first-rate response for acceleration and high-speed operation.
The newly developed exhaust manifold removes exhaust from the centre for higher efficiency and balances power. The water jacketed manifold design allows for disassembly for servicing and is anodized for durability.
The convenient and environmentally-friendly tray catches oil from the filter preventing spills during oil changes.
The two-piece split style upper casing has been adopted because of its service friendly design. The rigid two piece construction is both durable and lightweight.
The water detection sensor incorporated in the fuel protects the injection system from debris and water damage. A water alert is indicated for water in the filter.
Its gears are designed for better power transmission performance, with new gear teeth designs, and manufacturing to boost durability
