The DOHC (Dual Overhead Camshaft) system offers optimum valve control from low to high-end engine speeds. With 4 valves per cylinder, air transfers quickly and facilitates excellent engine response. The engine vibration is minimized by the twin balance shaft engaged with crankshaft.
The four individual throttle valves precisely and responsibly send intake air to combustion chamber for excellent performance.
A though 8-tooth “dog clutch” replace the previous 6-tooth version for smoother, trouble-free shifting and longer life.
The entire engine is controlled by a central microprocessor called ECM (Engine Control Module) which receives the input from six sensors placed around the engine. The ECM delivers just the right fuel/air mixture to each combustion chamber for any load or speed, warns the operator about the impending problems (Warning and protection system), keeps the engine running if any of the sensors failed (failure system).
Labyrinth exhaust system and water sealed outer wall suppress the exhaust noise.
The self-draining oil filter automatically drains the remaining oil in the oil filter.
