A new ergonomic design approach has been adopted for the tiller handle and controls of the F9.9. The handle is a more convenient length and the shift lever is now positioned on the handle itself, within easy reach, for confident control.

The steering bracket now has a bigger, more comfortable carrying handle built in and we’ve made storage easier too – choose the vertical position, using the special new rest-pad, or if you prefer, you can also lay the engine on its side.

Tiller handle models have tilt switch on the tiller handle, and remote control models on the steering bracket. Control functions are concentrated on multi-function tiller handle, which has shift lever, engine stop switch.
