Position Overview: The Campaign and Events Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns and events that strengthen brand awareness, drive stakeholder engagement, generate business opportunities, and support the organisation’s strategic objectives. The role ensures all campaigns and events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard while providing measurable return on investment (ROI).
Job Description:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify target audiences.
• Prepare campaign calendars and budgets.
Event Planning & Management
• Plan, organise, and manage conferences, exhibitions, launches, corporate events, webinars, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate venues, logistics, suppliers, registrations, and event programmes.
Project Management
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and manage competing priorities.
Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with internal departments, executive management, clients, sponsors, agencies, and suppliers to coordinate campaign and event activities.
Supplier & Vendor Management
• Source, negotiate, appoint, and manage suppliers, agencies, venues, and service providers. Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (advantageous).
Minimum Experience:
• 5–8 years’ experience in campaign management, marketing, or event management.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing suppliers, agencies, and budgets.
Competencies:
• Ability to manage multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Competence in using data and analytics to optimise campaign and event performance.
