Position Overview: The Website and CRM Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising the organisation’s website and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience, support marketing and sales initiatives, and drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This role ensures that digital platforms are secure, user-friendly, data-driven, and aligned with the organisation’s brand, customer journey, and strategic objectives.
Job Description:
Website Management
• Manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and functionality of the company website.
• Ensure website availability, security, performance, and content accuracy.
Website Content Management
• Update website content, landing pages, banners, blogs, product information, and multimedia content in line with marketing requirements.
Website Optimisation
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements to user experience (UX), user interface (UI), page speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, metadata, technical SEO, and content optimisation.
CRM Administration
•Manage the CRM platform, including user administration, customer records, workflows, permissions, and system configuration.
CRM Data Management
• Ensure customer data quality through regular cleansing, validation, deduplication, segmentation, and compliance with data governance standards.
CRM Campaign Support
• Configure and execute email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, lead nurturing workflows, and automated communications within the CRM platform.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field with Accounting and Mathematics
Minimum Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in website administration, CRM management, digital marketing, or a related role.
